Ingredients

  • Eggs - 3 large
  • Cream cheese - 100 grams
  • Parmesan cheese - 50 grams, grated
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Chopped parsley - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, almond flour, eggs, cream cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  3. Add the baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley to the mixture. Stir until well combined.
  4. Grease a round baking dish with olive oil and pour the chicken mixture into it, spreading it evenly.
