Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat, add the spinach, and sauté until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, eggs, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Mix until smooth.
