Ingredients

  • Grated Parmesan cheese - 50 grams
  • Eggs - 2 large
  • Almond flour - 50 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat, add the spinach, and sauté until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, eggs, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Mix until smooth.
