- Cassava (aipim) - 500 grams, peeled and grated
- Coconut milk - 200 ml
- Nutmeg - 1/4 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Chopped parsley - 2 tablespoons
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated cassava, coconut milk, nutmeg, garlic powder, onion powder, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Fold in the chopped parsley to add freshness to the mixture.
- Grease a small baking dish (about 20x20 cm) with a little olive oil and pour the cassava mixture into it, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the edges are slightly crispy.
- Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
