Steps
- In a bowl, mix the tapioca flour and water until you have a smooth batter. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little olive oil.
- Pour a ladleful of the tapioca batter into the skillet, spreading it evenly to form a thin crepe.
