Steps
- In a bowl, mix the tapioca flour, water, and salt until it forms a smooth batter without lumps.
- Let the batter rest for about 5 minutes to hydrate the flour.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of butter, ensuring it coats the bottom of the skillet.
- Pour half of the tapioca batter into the skillet, spreading it evenly to form a thin pancake.
