- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Red onion - 1 small, sliced
- Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
Steps
- In a bowl, combine lime juice, minced garlic, chopped cilantro, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika to create a marinade.
- Place the tambaqui fillets in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Once hot, add the marinated tambaqui fillets to the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- In the last few minutes of cooking, add the cherry tomatoes, red onion, and bell pepper around the fish in the skillet or grill, allowing them to soften.
- Remove the fish and vegetables from the heat and serve immediately, garnished with additional cilantro if desired.
