- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Onion - 1 small, sliced
- Bell pepper - 1 small, sliced
- Lemon wedges - 2 for serving
Steps
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, chopped coriander, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, and paprika to make a marinade.
- Place the tambaqui fillet in the marinade and cover it well. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- While the grill is heating, prepare the onion and bell pepper by slicing them.
- Once the grill is ready, place the marinated tambaqui fillet on the grill, along with the sliced onion and bell pepper.
- Grill the fish for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork, and the vegetables are tender.
- Remove the fish and vegetables from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
- Serve the grilled tambaqui with the grilled vegetables and lemon wedges on the side.
