  • Fresh lime juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh coriander - 2 tablespoons, chopped

  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion - 1 small, sliced

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, chopped coriander, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, and paprika to make a marinade.

  5. Once the grill is ready, place the marinated tambaqui fillet on the grill, along with the sliced onion and bell pepper.
  6. Grill the fish for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork, and the vegetables are tender.
