Steps

  1. Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer to create zucchini noodles (zoodles) and set aside.

  3. Add the shrimp and scallops to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp turns pink and the scallops are opaque.
