  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Mushrooms (mixed varieties) - 200 grams, sliced
  • Heavy cream - 100 milliliters
  • Parmesan cheese - 50 grams, grated
  • Cream cheese - 50 grams
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh parsley - for garnish

Steps

  1. Drain and rinse the Shirataki noodles under cold water for a few minutes, then set them aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they are golden brown and tender, approximately 5-7 minutes.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine, then add the cream cheese and Parmesan cheese. Cook on low heat until the cheeses melt and the sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the Shirataki noodles to the skillet, tossing to coat them in the creamy mushroom sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
