- Cream cheese - 50 grams

Steps
- Drain and rinse the Shirataki noodles under cold water for a few minutes, then set them aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they are golden brown and tender, approximately 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine, then add the cream cheese and Parmesan cheese. Cook on low heat until the cheeses melt and the sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the Shirataki noodles to the skillet, tossing to coat them in the creamy mushroom sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
