- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Fresh Basil - 10 grams, chopped

- Black Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Parmesan Cheese (optional) - 20 grams, grated
Steps
- Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into smaller pieces, then steam them until tender, about 15 minutes.
- In a bowl, mash the steamed sweet potatoes until smooth and let cool slightly.
- Add the almond flour, egg, salt, and pepper to the mashed sweet potatoes and mix until a dough forms.
- On a floured surface, roll out the dough to about 0.5 cm thickness, then cut into thin strips to create the talharim.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic, sautéing for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the talharim to the skillet and gently toss in the garlic oil for about 3-4 minutes, allowing them to heat through.
- Remove from heat and stir in the fresh basil.
- Serve warm, topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
