- Red bell pepper - 1, diced
- Shrimp - 150 grams, peeled and deveined
- Calamari - 100 grams, sliced into rings
- Mussels - 100 grams, cleaned
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Crushed red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the gluten-free talharim according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped onion, sautéing until the onion becomes translucent.
- Add the diced red bell pepper to the skillet and continue to sauté for about 3 minutes until softened.
- Increase the heat to medium-high and add the shrimp, calamari, and mussels to the skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes or until the seafood is cooked through and the mussels have opened.
- Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using). Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes are slightly softened.
- Add the cooked talharim to the skillet and toss everything together until the pasta is well coated in the sauce. Add chopped parsley for garnish.
- Serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
