  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
  • Onion (finely chopped) - 1 small
  • Mixed mushrooms (such as shiitake, cremini, and oyster) - 250 grams
  • Vegetable broth - 100 ml
  • Heavy cream - 50 ml
  • Parmesan cheese (grated) - 30 grams
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Cook the talharim in a pot of boiling salted water for about 3-4 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

  4. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a simmer. Let it reduce for about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese, mixing until well combined. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
