Steps
- Cook the talharim in a pot of boiling salted water for about 3-4 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the mixed mushrooms to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms are tender and golden brown.
