  • Talharim (egg noodles) - 200 grams

  • Cherry tomatoes (halved) - 150 grams
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)

Steps

  1. Cook the talharim according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
  4. Stir in the cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until they soften.
