- Talharim (egg noodles) - 200 grams
- Shrimp (peeled and deveined) - 250 grams

- Garlic (minced) - 3 cloves
- Cherry tomatoes (halved) - 150 grams
- Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
Steps
- Cook the talharim according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
- Stir in the cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until they soften.
- Add the cooked talharim to the skillet and toss everything together. Drizzle with lemon juice and mix in the chopped parsley.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
