  • White fish (e.g., cod or tilapia) - 200 grams, cubed
  • Shrimp - 150 grams, peeled and deveined
  • Mussels - 100 grams, cleaned
  • Scallops - 100 grams, cleaned

Steps

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  2. Add the chopped bell pepper and diced tomatoes, cooking for an additional 5 minutes until softened.
  3. Pour in the fish stock and coconut milk, bring to a simmer, and season with lime juice, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Add the cubed fish, shrimp, mussels, and scallops. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, until the seafood is cooked through and the mussels have opened.
  5. Stir in the chopped cilantro just before serving, adjusting seasoning as needed. Serve hot with a lime wedge on the side.
