Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the diced carrot and celery, cooking for another 5 minutes until softened.
- Add the chicken breast to the pot, followed by the chicken broth, and bring to a boil.
