Ingredients

  • Ripe avocado - 1 medium (approximately 200g)
  • Coconut water - 300ml
  • Banana - 1 medium (approximately 120g)
  • Fresh lime juice - 1 tablespoon (15ml)
  • Maple syrup - 1 tablespoon (15ml)
  • Chia seeds - 2 teaspoons (10g)
  • Ice cubes - 1 cup (approximately 150g)

Steps

  1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a blender.
  2. Peel the banana and add it to the blender with the avocado.
  3. Pour in the coconut water and fresh lime juice.
  4. Add the maple syrup and chia seeds to the blender.
  5. Add the ice cubes to the blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more maple syrup.
  7. Pour the smoothie into two glasses and serve immediately.
