  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained chickpeas, diced red bell pepper, diced red onion, minced garlic, and halved cherry tomatoes.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the mixture and sprinkle with cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together until well coated.
