- Mixed salad greens - 100 grams
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Cucumber - 1/2, diced
- Red bell pepper - 1/2, diced
- Avocado - 1/2, sliced
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into cubes.
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the tofu cubes to the bowl and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the marinated tofu. Cook for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown.
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red bell pepper.
- Once the tofu is cooked, add it to the salad mix and gently toss everything together.
- Top the salad with sliced avocado and chopped cilantro before serving.
