  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams
  • Red onion - 1/4 medium, thinly sliced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. Season the chicken breast with salt, black pepper, and a tablespoon of olive oil. Grill or pan-sear the chicken over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked and golden brown.
