  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lime juice - 2 tablespoons

  • Avocado - 1 medium, diced

Steps

  1. Soak the dried beef in water for 2-3 hours or until softened, changing the water halfway through.
  2. Once softened, drain the beef and shred it into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, lightly sauté the shredded beef for about 5-7 minutes until heated through and slightly crispy.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, red onion, bell pepper, and cilantro.
  5. Add the sautéed beef to the bowl and mix well.
