- Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced

Steps
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and blanch the broccoli florets for 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. Drain and immediately plunge into ice water to stop cooking.
- Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat and add the chicken. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and let it rest.
