- Red onion - 1/4 medium (about 30g)
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Feta cheese - 50g, crumbled (optional)
- Chickpeas - 100g, cooked or canned, drained and rinsed
Steps
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
- Dice the tomatoes and finely chop the red onion, then add them to the bowl with the avocado.
- Add the chopped cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
