  • Spinach - 100 grams, chopped
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, eggs, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. On a clean surface, spread the meat mixture into a rectangular shape, about 1 cm thick.
  4. In another bowl, mix the chopped spinach, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and fresh parsley.
  5. Spread the spinach and cheese mixture evenly over the meat rectangle.
  6. Carefully roll the meat from one side to the other, creating a tight log. Seal the edges by pressing them together.
  7. Place the rolled meat in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
