- Spinach - 100 grams, chopped
- Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, eggs, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- On a clean surface, spread the meat mixture into a rectangular shape, about 1 cm thick.
- In another bowl, mix the chopped spinach, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and fresh parsley.
- Spread the spinach and cheese mixture evenly over the meat rectangle.
- Carefully roll the meat from one side to the other, creating a tight log. Seal the edges by pressing them together.
- Place the rolled meat in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
