  • Watercress - 100 grams, cleaned
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  5. Once the meat is tender, remove the bay leaves and stir in the cleaned watercress and lemon juice. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the watercress is wilted.
