Ingredients

- Sweetened condensed milk - 200 grams
- Unsweetened shredded coconut - 100 grams
- Sugar - 50 grams
- Butter - 30 grams, melted
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, and melted butter until smooth.
- Add the shredded coconut, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt to the mixture, and stir until well combined.
- Grease two small ramekins or custard cups with butter.
- Pour the mixture evenly into the prepared ramekins.
- Place the ramekins in a baking dish and fill the dish with hot water until it reaches halfway up the sides of the ramekins, creating a water bath.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the tops are set and lightly golden.
- Remove the ramekins from the water bath and let them cool for a few minutes before carefully inverting them onto plates.
- Serve warm or at room temperature, garnished with additional shredded coconut if desired.
