Ingredients

  • Cauliflower - 400 grams
  • Butter - 30 grams
  • Cream cheese - 50 grams
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chives - 1 tablespoon, chopped

Steps

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. While the water is heating, chop the cauliflower into florets.
  3. Once boiling, add the cauliflower florets and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until tender.
