Ingredients

  • Sweet potatoes - 400 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Nutmeg - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped

Steps

  1. Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into evenly sized chunks.
  2. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add the sweet potatoes.
  3. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork.
  4. While the sweet potatoes are cooking, heat the olive oil in a small pan over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
