- milk - 300 ml
- sugar - 100 grams

- raisins - 50 grams (optional)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Grease a small baking dish with butter.
- Tear the stale bread into small pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Pour the milk mixture over the torn bread, allowing it to soak for 10 minutes.
- If using, stir in the raisins into the soaked bread mixture.
- Pour the bread mixture into the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
