  • Gelatin powder - 1 teaspoon (about 3 grams)
  • Water - 2 tablespoons (30 ml) for gelatin
  • Sugar - 2 tablespoons (25 grams)
  • Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - a pinch

Steps

  1. Start by preparing the gelatin: In a small bowl, dissolve the gelatin powder in 2 tablespoons of warm water and let it sit for about 5 minutes until it blooms.
  2. In a blender, combine the sweetened condensed milk, passion fruit pulp, whole milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.
  3. Gently heat the bloomed gelatin in a microwave for about 10-15 seconds or until fully dissolved. Ensure it doesn't boil.
  4. Add the dissolved gelatin to the blender with the other ingredients and blend again until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into two small ramekins or dessert cups.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set completely.
  7. Once set, serve chilled, optionally garnishing with fresh passion fruit seeds or mint leaves.
