- Cornstarch - 30 g
- Vanilla extract - 1 tsp

Steps
- In a saucepan, combine the coconut milk, almond milk, and agar-agar powder. Stir well and let it sit for 5 minutes to hydrate the agar-agar.
- Place the saucepan over medium heat and stir continuously until the mixture begins to simmer. Allow it to simmer for 2-3 minutes until the agar-agar is completely dissolved.
- Add agave syrup, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the saucepan. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and carefully pour the mixture into individual molds or a single serving dish.
- Allow the pudding to cool at room temperature for about 15 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Once set, gently unmold the pudim or serve it directly from the dish. Enjoy chilled!
