Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar-free sweetened condensed milk, coconut milk, eggs, vanilla extract, erythritol, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
- Blend the mixture using a hand mixer or blender until smooth and well combined.
