Ingredients

- Honey or agave syrup - 2 tablespoons
- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - a pinch
Steps
- Start by preheating your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a blender, combine the fresh guava puree, coconut milk, honey (or agave syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.
- In a small saucepan, combine the guava mixture with cornstarch and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens slightly, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into two individual ramekins or a small baking dish.
- Place the ramekins in a larger baking dish and fill the larger dish with water until it reaches halfway up the sides of the ramekins (this creates a water bath).
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until set.
- Remove from the oven, let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
