- Pinch of salt - 1
- Water - 50 ml
Steps
- In a small saucepan, combine the water and agar-agar powder and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
- Add the coconut milk, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the saucepan and stir well.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until the agar-agar is fully dissolved, which should take about 5 minutes.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and let it cool slightly.
- In a blender, puree the blackberries until smooth. If desired, strain the puree to remove seeds.
- Combine the blackberry puree with the coconut mixture in a bowl and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into two small serving cups or ramekins.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Serve chilled, optionally garnished with fresh blackberries.
