Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, coconut milk, honey (or maple syrup), eggs, vanilla extract, cornstarch, and a pinch of salt.
- Blend the mixture until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish or individual ramekins.
- Place the baking dish in a larger baking pan filled with hot water (bain-marie) to ensure even cooking.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until set.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool before refrigerating for at least 2 hours.
