- Chia seeds - 2 tablespoons (30g)
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon (15ml)
- Pinch of salt - 1
Steps
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
- Add the coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, chia seeds, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt to the blender.
- Blend all the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
