Ingredients

  • Pork ribs - 800 grams
  • Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Paprika - 1 tablespoon
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
  • Sea salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, cumin, black pepper, sea salt, lime juice, and chili powder to create a marinade.
  2. Place the pork ribs in a large resealable bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated.
  3. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove the ribs from the marinade and let any excess marinade drip off.
  6. Place the ribs on the grill and cook for about 30-40 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are charred and cooked through.
  7. Once done, remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve the ribs garnished with chopped fresh parsley and lime wedges on the side.
