- Lime juice - 2 tablespoons

Steps
- In a bowl, mix minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, cumin, black pepper, sea salt, lime juice, and chili powder to create a marinade.
- Place the pork ribs in a large resealable bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated.
