- Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- Preheat your grill or oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Score the skin of the pork belly in a crosshatch pattern, being careful not to cut into the meat.
- In a small bowl, mix the sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the pork belly, including into the scored skin.
- Drizzle olive oil and lime juice over the pork belly, ensuring even coverage.

- Reduce the temperature to 180°C (350°F) and continue cooking for an additional 30 minutes, or until the pork is tender.
