- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley (chopped) - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a medium saucepan, bring 500 milliliters of water to a boil and add 1 teaspoon of salt.
- Slowly whisk in 100 grams of polenta, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
- Reduce the heat to low and cook the polenta for about 15-20 minutes, stirring frequently until it thickens and pulls away from the sides of the pan.
- Once the polenta is thick, remove it from the heat and stir in 20 grams of butter, 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese, and 50 grams of shredded mozzarella cheese until fully melted and combined.
- Season with 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper and mix well.
