  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams

  • Red bell pepper, diced - 1 medium
  • Zucchini, sliced - 1 medium
  • Spinach, fresh - 100 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved - 100 grams
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese with minced garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Spread the cottage cheese mixture evenly over the pizza dough as the base.
