Ingredients

  • Sun-dried tomatoes - 100 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh basil leaves - 10 grams
  • Vegan mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza stone or baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Brush the olive oil mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
  6. Spread the sun-dried tomatoes evenly on top of the dough.
