Ingredients

  • Mozzarella cheese - 200 grams
  • Cream cheese - 100 grams
  • Almond flour - 50 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Tomatoes - 2 medium, sliced
  • Fresh basil - 10 leaves, torn
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Oregano - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (430°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for about 30 seconds until melted and mix until smooth.
  3. Add almond flour, egg, salt, and pepper to the cheese mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
  4. Place the dough on a baking parchment-lined baking sheet. Shape it into a round pizza crust about 1/2 cm thick.
  5. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until golden and firm.
  6. While the crust is baking, prepare the toppings. In a small bowl, mix the sliced tomatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, and oregano.
  7. Once the crust is ready, remove it from the oven and layer the tomato mixture evenly on top.
  8. Sprinkle torn basil leaves and grated Parmesan cheese over the tomatoes.
  9. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
  10. Allow the pizza to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
