Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (430°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for about 30 seconds until melted and mix until smooth.
- Add almond flour, egg, salt, and pepper to the cheese mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
