Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Place the rolled dough on a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread the seasoned cherry tomatoes evenly over the pizza dough.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and crispy.
- While the pizza is baking, prepare the cashew cheese by blending the cashew nuts, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic powder, and water in a food processor until smooth.
