  • Onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Olives - 30 grams, sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves - a handful
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix the warm water with the active dry yeast and let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add the olive oil, salt, and flour to the yeast mixture, and knead until a smooth dough forms, about 5-7 minutes.
