Ingredients

  • Mozzarella cheese - 200 grams
  • Almond flour - 50 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams
  • Fresh basil leaves - 10 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Bell pepper - 50 grams, sliced
  • Olives - 30 grams, sliced

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, almond flour, egg, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Place the dough on a sheet of parchment paper and shape it into a pizza crust, about 1 cm thick.
  4. Transfer the crust on the parchment paper to a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Remove the crust from the oven and spread the tomato sauce evenly over the top.
  6. Layer the cherry tomatoes, sliced bell pepper, and olives on top of the sauce.
  7. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until the vegetables are tender and slightly roasted.
  8. Remove the pizza from the oven, garnish with fresh basil leaves, slice, and serve warm.
