- Tomato sauce - 100 grams
- Fresh basil leaves - 10 grams
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Bell pepper - 50 grams, sliced
- Olives - 30 grams, sliced
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, almond flour, egg, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until a dough forms.
- Place the dough on a sheet of parchment paper and shape it into a pizza crust, about 1 cm thick.
- Transfer the crust on the parchment paper to a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove the crust from the oven and spread the tomato sauce evenly over the top.
