  • Nutritional yeast - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Zucchini - 100 grams, thinly sliced
  • Bell pepper - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Olives - 30 grams, sliced

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a food processor, combine fresh basil, olive oil, pine nuts, nutritional yeast, garlic, lemon juice, and salt. Blend until smooth to make the pesto.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  4. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Spread the prepared pesto evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  6. Arrange the halved cherry tomatoes, sliced zucchini, bell pepper, and red onion on top of the pesto.
  7. Sprinkle the sliced olives over the vegetables for added flavor.
