- Cooked turkey breast, shredded - 200 grams
- Tomato sauce - 100 grams
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 30 grams
- Bell pepper, sliced - 50 grams
- Red onion, sliced - 30 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Fresh basil leaves - for garnish
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a medium bowl, mix the shredded turkey breast with the olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the whole wheat pizza base.
- Evenly distribute the seasoned turkey on top of the tomato sauce.
- Add the sliced bell pepper and red onion on top of the turkey.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the vegetables.
- Place the pizza on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
