Ingredients

  • Whole wheat pizza base - 1 (approximately 30 cm)
  • Cooked turkey breast, shredded - 200 grams
  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
  • Parmesan cheese, grated - 30 grams
  • Bell pepper, sliced - 50 grams
  • Red onion, sliced - 30 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the shredded turkey breast with the olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the whole wheat pizza base.
  4. Evenly distribute the seasoned turkey on top of the tomato sauce.
  5. Add the sliced bell pepper and red onion on top of the turkey.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the vegetables.
  7. Place the pizza on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes.
