  • Egg - 1 large
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Strawberries - 200 grams, sliced
  • Coconut cream - 50 grams
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, melted coconut oil, egg, honey, baking powder, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Press the dough into a circular shape on a parchment-lined baking sheet, forming a pizza crust about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. While the crust is baking, prepare the topping by mixing sliced strawberries with a tablespoon of honey in a bowl. Allow to sit for 5 minutes.
  6. In another small bowl, combine coconut cream and vanilla extract, whisking until smooth.
