- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Strawberries - 200 grams, sliced
- Coconut cream - 50 grams
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, melted coconut oil, egg, honey, baking powder, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- Press the dough into a circular shape on a parchment-lined baking sheet, forming a pizza crust about 1/2 inch thick.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- While the crust is baking, prepare the topping by mixing sliced strawberries with a tablespoon of honey in a bowl. Allow to sit for 5 minutes.
