Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Corn kernels (fresh or canned) - 150 grams
  • Coconut milk - 100 ml
  • Nutritional yeast - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Chopped fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons
  • Vegan cheese (optional) - 50 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  3. Place the rolled-out dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a blender or food processor, combine the corn kernels, coconut milk, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
  5. Spread the corn mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the top and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  7. If using, add the vegan cheese on top of the corn mixture.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
  9. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a minute, then slice and serve.
