- Coconut milk - 100 ml
- Nutritional yeast - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Chopped fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons
- Vegan cheese (optional) - 50 grams
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Place the rolled-out dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a blender or food processor, combine the corn kernels, coconut milk, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Spread the corn mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- If using, add the vegan cheese on top of the corn mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
