- fresh basil leaves - a handful
- black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, baking powder, salt, and water. Mix well until a smooth batter forms.
- Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the batter and stir until incorporated.
