- Canadian bacon, sliced - 100 grams
- Red bell pepper, sliced - 1/2 medium

Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam until tender, about 8-10 minutes.
- Drain the cauliflower and let it cool slightly, then pulse in a food processor until it resembles rice.
- Transfer the riced cauliflower to a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower rice, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the cauliflower mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming a round pizza crust about 1 cm thick.
- Bake the crust for 20 minutes, or until it is golden brown and firm.
- Remove the crust from the oven, spread the tomato sauce evenly over the top, and layer with Canadian bacon, red bell pepper, and olives.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes until the toppings are heated through and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh basil leaves, slice, and serve hot.
